Optometric Patient Care Representative-Part Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our practice on a part-time basis
. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit healthcare team.

No prior eye care experience needed
-we provide all the training.

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out
• Maintain patient records, orders and other administrative tasks-medical billing
• Perform pre-testing and diagnostic imaging (training provided)

• Strong communication, professional and positive demeanor
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and comfortable learning new technology
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented attitude

Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM*

* Negotiable for part-time position

Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
