Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center – Royersford, PA
At Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, we're redefining the healthcare journey with compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting
- Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that actually make a difference
- Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills (and cheering them on while they do it)
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that truly values rehab
- Documenting care using Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC)
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required
- Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly
- A team player who can balance clinical skill with compassion and a little personality
