Physical Therapist
This is a casual position and we are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Physical Therapist.

The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran Senior Life facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
This position will support Home Health, looking for someone with flexibility to cover multiple counties in Western, PA.
QualificationsPhysical Therapist qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with senior population.
- Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
- Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
