As a Direct Support Professional
, you will help ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals supported by Adesha Village while providing hands‑on assistance, skill-building, and opportunities for greater independence.

You'll provide individualized support based on each person's needs and goals while helping create an environment that promotes dignity, choice, growth, and community participation.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, cleaning, shopping, and personal hygiene.
• Provide individualized assistance to help each person maximize independence and quality of life.
• Encourage individuals to develop and strengthen daily living skills.
• Provide supervision and guidance based on each individual's needs.
• Support individuals in achieving outcomes identified in their Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered care.
