You want to do good clinical work without chasing referrals, fighting with billing, or working alone. We handle intake, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on clients. We're hiring a therapist who works well with individuals and couples and wants to grow with a small, close team.
Reports to: Nate Bailey, MA, LPC, Director of Operations
About Lime Tree CounselingLime Tree Counseling is a private-pay group practice in Ambler, PA, founded in 2018. We work with adults and couples across Pennsylvania who look fine on the outside and are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship strain.
We're known for responding to every inquiry within one business day and for a clear, structured client process. Clients know what early, middle, and later sessions look like. We offer optional Christian counseling for clients who ask for it. It is never assumed.
Our values shape how we work with clients and each other:
- Clarity. We’re open about our intentions, goals, and methods.
- Realistic optimism. We name the hard parts of life alongside the hope.
- Discovery. We keep learning so we can serve clients and each other better.
- Partnership. We work toward the goals clients set for themselves.
And yes, there’s an office therapy dog. His name is Joey.
