Allocations and Administration Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for managing care staff placements, ensuring seamless shift fulfilment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and support workers.

• Fill and manage home care shifts across various locations
• Handle customer and client shift requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate staff rosters and case management records
• Ensure compliance requirements for all home care staff are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and care staff
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly

• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and care staff
• Experience in office administration and rostering systems
• Understanding of NDIS and homecare packages (desirable)
