Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and support residents at the Brandywine Senior Living program. The role is full-time, 6am–2pm, with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
You will report to the Clinical Services Director and provide non-exempt, hourly care as outlined in each resident’s plan. Responsibilities include helping residents with personal care, meals, activities, and daily living tasks while maintaining safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
