Home Care Physical Therapist – Eligible

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across settings, including home care. You will develop individualized plans of care, use evidence-based techniques, and document outcomes to support patient independence.

You will travel to patient care assignments in the Pocono Creek area and surrounding locations, providing compassionate, high-quality therapy and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. A sign-on bonus is eligible for this role.
