About the Role:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Assisting with medication administration and treatments as directed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and positioning
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities and submit suggestions for process improvements
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
