What You’ll Do:- Plan and organize fun, meaningful activities
- Lead games, crafts, music, and social events
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Build relationships and foster a strong sense of community
- Tailor activities to residents’ interests and abilities
- Help create monthly activity calendars
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for working with seniors
- Friendly, outgoing, and creative personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
