Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: Dependent on experience

• Process and facilitate all catering requests including meeting with clients, pricing menus, and ensuring proper setup and tear down of events.
• Contact, schedule, and serve as a liaison between the Community and outside vendors and contractors to ensure an extraordinary dining and catering experience.
• Facilitate, maintain, and communicate a schedule for the Residential Dining team that includes weekends and holidays.
• Monitor and maintain operating logs and oversee tasks required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Interview, train, coach, educate, and evaluate team members to establish and maintain a cohesive team.
• Lead by example in a fast‑paced environment exhibiting our standards for service and hospitality:

  • Efficiency – providing the best value through stewardship of time and resources.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality industry or equivalent field.
• Managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Senior living experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe certified or willing to be certified.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are critical.
• Time management, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail a must.
