The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade on the Höheweg with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious flats, the resort has a spa area with steam bath and sauna, an indoor pool, a playroom for the children, 2 conference rooms and a restaurant with a spacious terrace.

To support our front office team, we are looking for a committed, motivated person according to the arrangement as

Receptionist 100% in Interlaken

• Welcoming and assisting guests: friendly reception and check-in, providing information about the resort and the surrounding area, handling enquiries and complaints
• Administration and organisation: managing reservations and bookings, coordinating with other departments, maintaining and updating the guest database
• Communication:
  Professional and accurate communication by phone, email and in person, forwarding messages and calls, assisting in the creation and distribution of information materials for guests
• Financial tasks:
  Processing payments and invoices, cash management and billing, assisting in the management of reservation accounts

• Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the reception area
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, further foreign language skills an advantage
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Confident handling of MS Office and common hotel software systems
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
• Commitment to the company, the team and the work
