Key Responsibilities:- Maintain standards in food production and quality.
- Expedite orders promptly.
- Practice excellent sanitation.
- Execute scheduled banquet functions.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
- Help reduce waste and loss.
- Report equipment repair needs to the chef.
- Participate in training efforts.
- Follow safe work practices.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Check and date deliveries, report variances.
- Ensure coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
- Manage inventory requisitions and supplies.
- Prepare food according to production plans and recipes.
- Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of experience and/or training, or equivalent.
Qualifications:
- Serv Safe Certification preferred.
