ResponsibilitiesThe Food & Beverage Outlet Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of an assigned restaurant, lounge, bar, or other food & beverage outlet. This role assists the Outlet Manager in supervising staff, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and achieving financial goals. The Assistant Manager leads by example, fosters teamwork, and ensures a seamless dining experience that aligns with the property’s brand and service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Responsible for supervising an F&B Outletdesignatedtothis role and the overall daily management of a designated shift.
Supports,administersand manages operational goals andmonitorsachievements of performance and profit objectives. - Create effective and efficient schedules, whilemaintaininglabor costs, meeting staffingobjectivesand achieving guest satisfaction.
- Responsible forassistingin the budget process for the department andproviderecommendations; ensuring compliancetodepartmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns tomanager.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, anddemonstratessuperior customer servicein accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of departmentcustomer service goals.
- Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Food & Beverage Department for which this position is responsible.
- Assistsin the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items formaximumcustomer satisfaction.
- Assists F&B Outlet Manager to ensure efficient sanitary and pleasant service for all guests.
- Assists in maintainingin maintaining cost control methods and procedures bymonitoringconsistentparsand inventory.
- Assist Food & Beverage Manager with administrative duties, as assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

- Associates degree (A.A) in related field; two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimumtwoyearsprevioussupervisory experience required. - Must have the ability to interact with guests,staffand colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
