Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff .In this role, y ou will be respons ible for welcoming suggestions in an att entive, c o urteous & e fficient manner, providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. They are also responsi ble for a ssisting guests in and out of the resort as nee ded and a ssisting with transportation needs

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll a pproach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner

$12/ hr

• Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely manner

• Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage

• Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel

• Must have basic understanding and knowledge of resort-wide features, amenities, hours of operations, rates, etc. and be able to convey this information to Guests

• Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

• V alid state issued Driver’s license and accepted by Kalahari insurance

• Must complete and pass a motor vehicle report
