As a Banquet Server at West Reading Motor Club, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From private events to club gatherings, you’ll ensure every detail is attended to with care and professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry who’s ready to bring their skills to a dynamic and supportive team.

As a Banquet Server, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Setting up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests during events.
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout and after events.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Is reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
