Front Desk Agent

La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham New Cumberland-Harrisburg is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional service to our guests. As the first and last point of contact for visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations using the hotel's property management system.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Promote hotel amenities and assist guests with local recommendations.
• Follow Wyndham brand standards and hotel policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, retail, or front desk experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
