HRIS Analyst, Workday Talent Systems

Overview

Soni is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the Workday HRIS platform. This contract role is on-site near Plymouth Meeting, PA and supports HR operations, data integrity, and system enhancements.

$40.00/hr - $42.00/hr

• Manage daily operations of Workday HRIS:
  Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Compensation
• Configure business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders
• Support Workday upgrades, system testing, and new feature implementations
• Provide system support, training, and documentation for HR staff and users
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements or new modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
• Participate in HRIS and People Data projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
• Expertise in Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Compensation)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, SQL preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred:
  Workday certification, experience with SQL, MS Project, Visio

Compensation
: $40 to $42 an hour
