Responsibilities- Lead the human resources function at the plant level, managing employee relations, staffing processes, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with plant management to develop salary planning, benefits programs, and training initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive work environment and effective delivery of services to employees.
- Provide vision, leadership, and project coordination for the development of a cost‑effective HR program.
- Analyze and direct functional activities within HR: staffing, compensation, employee relations, training, legal compliance, and reporting.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the annual salary planning process and monitor Pay for Performance Program updates.
- Negotiate union contracts when applicable and maintain a union‑free status in union‑free environments.
- Ability to manage people.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written, verbal, negotiating).
- Time management and critical thinking.
- Training and coaching skills.
- MS Office and HRIS proficiency.
- PHR licensed.
Bachelor’s or University Degree (Required)
ExperienceAt least 5 Years of Experience
