Entry Level Recruiter

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and care
• Partner with HR leadership to meet hiring goals
• Track and support new hires to ensure retention and success

• High Earnings: $775–$5,000 per hire (commission-based pay)
• Bonuses:
  Up to $500/month retention bonus
• Paid Time Off:
  Accrues after 90 days (up to 80 hrs annually)
