How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission

At Frontline Education, we’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Junior People & Culture Business Partner to support our growing Go‑to‑Market (Sales & Marketing) organization. You’ll help align People & Culture programs with business goals, build trusted relationships, and foster a workplace where teams can thrive in an AI‑first environment that values both innovation and empathy.

In this role, you’ll support employees and leaders through thoughtful, people‑centered solutions while helping embed AI‑enabled practices that make work smarter and more meaningful. You’ll guide conversations, promote engagement, and ensure that our people practices reflect care, fairness, and curiosity about how technology can enhance the human experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with the Senior P&C Business Partner and business leaders to align P&C programs with team and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on engagement, performance, employee relations, and team development.
  • Support the administration of compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and informed salary decisions.
  • Facilitate constructive conversations and coach leaders through performance discussions, career‑growth planning, and succession support.
  • Use people data and insights — such as engagement, turnover, performance trends — to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Support succession planning, career‑pathing initiatives, workforce planning and talent‑acquisition partnering for the GTM organization.
  • Provide first‑line support for employee relations issues (conflicts, grievances) and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the business, balancing empathy with sound judgment.
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback, inclusion, learning, and belonging through every interaction.
  • Promote a culture that embraces change and responsibly leverages AI.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR, People & Culture, or business‑partnering experience (or equivalent).
  • Ability to coach, influence, and partner effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals including performance management, compensation, employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Experience working with HRIS/analytics tools and deriving meaningful insights from people data.
  • Skilled at balancing agility and structure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated use of sound judgment in sensitive or ambiguous situations.
  • Natural collaborator who builds trust and fosters positive working relationships.
  • Passion for helping people grow, learn, and succeed in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
  • Adaptability:
Stay positive and flexible in a dynamic, evolving organization.
  • Curiosity:
Ask thoughtful questions and seek insights that strengthen our people experience.
  • Integrity:
Approach challenges with fairness and empathy.
  • Collaboration:

Partner openly across teams to drive better outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning:
Seek new ways to improve processes and support growth — for yourself and others.
  • Analytical mindset & business acumen:
Use data to guide decision making and translate people practices into business outcomes.
  • Ownership mindset:
Take initiative and deliver HR solutions end‑to‑end that are thoughtful, inclusive, and future‑ready.
