Job Title: Employee Relations Consultant
OverviewIf you’re passionate about helping team members and leaders resolve conflicts, ease concerns, and foster a more successful work environment, this high-impact role within an innovative Employee Relations team could be the perfect fit for you. As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will be instrumental in influencing managers and employees towards successful outcomes while maintaining alignment with company policies and core values.
Your proactive support will guide members through change, conflict, and ethical situations, making a meaningful difference every day. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your HR expertise in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, legal teams, and employees at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in various HR functions, including employee relations
- Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive, complex situations confidentially
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with managers and employees
- Experience maintaining HR/ER data accurately and discreetly
- SHRM-CP Certification
- Investigation Certification
- Prior experience in change management initiatives
- Experience in conducting exit interviews and trend analysis
- Familiarity with employment law and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work on-site in Wayne, PA, with potential for hybrid or remote arrangements based on project needs
- Willingness to lead local training and facilitate programs developed globally or locally
- Experience handling employee terminations and supporting change management initiatives
