Are you passionate about recruitment? For our global client, we are seeking a Recruitment and onboarding Specialist to join the team in Prague for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative recruitment strategies and make a real impact across the EMEA region.

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding across multiple EMEA countries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating background checks and Works Council hearings
• Preparing and distributing offer packages and contracts
• Managing onboarding activities and ensuring data integrity in Workday
• Acting as liaison between candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, payroll, and external vendors
• Delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring compliance with HR processes and policies
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

• HR experience (2–4 years in recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
• Preferred additional language:
  Czech, German, or Dutch
