Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for a number of important responsibilities for which she or he will earn 20% of the net profit of either the recruitment or the job placement of a sale and as much as 36% of the entire job placement after expenses (net profit). The primary essential functions are listed below, as followed by the secondary responsibilities as well as the knowledge, skills, and other attributes (KSOAs) of her or his job.

The official start date of this position is effective immediately upon her or his formal acceptance of the position. Note that specialist positions keying on focusing on gaining either recruits or primarily focusing on gaining job orders are also available for qualified applicants.

Essential Functions
  • Recruiting nursing and/or other viable candidates to the Transformational Recruiters Network who represent viable job placement for fee candidates.
  • To successfully identify and acquire the interest of healthcare worker recruits for job placement as specified by the Transformational Recruiters Network.
  • The main role of the Senior Recruiter is to contribute to the compilation of a database of candidates in the TRN system to be placed, either currently or in the future.
Non-Essential Functions

Non-essential Functions include assisting in various research projects. This Sr. Recruiter can be paving the way in the not-too-distant future to expand TRN into other territories for our employment agents/recruiters who are working in the TRN Marketing and Sales Division of our company. Miscellaneous tasks that involve every team member conceivably “pitching in”.
