Position: (Senior) Compensation & HR Data Analyst (Not Remote)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies
  • Conduct market analyses, job evaluations, and prepare recommendations based on compensation principles
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative HR data to support strategic decision‑making
  • Develop and enhance HR metrics and dashboards for workforce planning and compensation
  • Provide expert consultation on sensitive or complex compensation issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1‑3 years professional experience in salary administration and/or HR analytics
  • Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, Tableau, and Qualtrics
  • Experience in conducting market analyses and job evaluations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related professional experience for Senior Compensation Analyst role
  • Experience leading complex data analysis initiatives including forecasting and modeling
  • Familiarity with additional HR metrics and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to present findings through written reports and visual dashboards
