Employee Relations, Talent Manager
Overview
The Mansion at Rosemont is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This role is essential to fostering a positive, supportive, and professional environment for both employees and residents. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, partner closely with department leaders, and help ensure our community reflects our values of respect, service, and excellence.
Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Manager on Duty (3-4 weekends per year)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, staffing, and new-hire onboarding
- Facilitate orientation to ensure new team members feel welcomed and prepared
- Support leaders with employee relations, performance coaching, and corrective action
- Conduct and document workplace investigations when needed
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Communicate and administer employee benefits, leave of absence requests, and ADA accommodations
- Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims in partnership with third-party administrators
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Coordinate offboarding and conduct exit interviews to support retention efforts
- Maintain organized, confidential HR files and serve as the liaison with corporate HR
- Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and team members on HR procedures and best practices
- Help promote a culture of engagement, recognition, and high performance
- Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist-level experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of applicable HR and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with HR systems
