This is a contract position. To join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter! You will directly impact a mission‑driven workforce that is changing the way use energy. In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.
Responsibilities- Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
- Flawlessly execute a recruitment process while continuously improving it to be best in class.
- Advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale.
- Focus on finding the strongest candidates, shepherding them through the hiring experience with passion and grace.
- Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, deeply vetting candidates for open vacancies, partnering with vendors, or collaborating with other organizations.
- Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate cross‑functionally with other members of the People Team.
- Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
- A track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
- Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
- Affinity for data and its role in success.
- Knowledge of the labor market and current trends.
- Relentless desire to learn and grow professionally.
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour.
Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
