This role is based in Paris, France. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. You will be part of the Central Europe Sales and Delivery Leadership Team and support a dynamic, fast‑moving organization.

• Coach, develop, and be a critical thought partner for Senior Regional leadership.
• Define, align, and implement people initiatives; prioritize and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Set strategic direction for your scope, consulting on people/HR implications of business decisions.
• Drive organizational design, change, restructuring, and consolidation initiatives; lead strategic workforce planning.
• Translate HR trends, best practices, and innovative approaches into business opportunities and risk signals.
• Anticipate, evaluate, and communicate needs proactively between HR and the business unit.
• Support leadership in fostering an engaging, motivating, inclusive, and performance‑oriented culture.
• Drive people management, talent management, and leadership development; contribute to key development interventions.
• Develop succession planning and retention strategies for top talent and high‑potential pools.
• Build a high‑performing commercial HR team and lead HR Partners to drive business performance.

• Relevant experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of French employment law.
• People management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience owning compliance related topics and performing necessary audits.
• Business fluency in English & required.
