Delta-T Group is growing! We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Education department.

This candidate will lead their team's daily operational work flow, including communication with external clients.

• Manage metrics and hand out ads, staffing models, client satisfaction, and performance levels
• Lead, organize, and implement special projects or performance improvement activities
• Recruit: source, interview, and credential prospective professionals available for staffing
• Represent your tream at job fairs, conferences, trade shows, and other recruitment events when needed
• Maintain and develop relationships with local schools
• Provide strong leadership that mentors and develops your team of associates

• Minimum of a Associate's degree
• Minimum of one (1) year recruitment or customer service experience that involved resolving challenges via phone
• Minimum of one (1) year managment experience
• Effective phone rapport building skills
• A demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently towards assigned goals
• Proficient technical skills including Word and Excel

• You will be working at the corporate office for the coordinating of a team of recruiters.
