We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring within BPO environments. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, primarily within BPO/operations environments.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (Linked In, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience recruiting for customer service, technical support, or operations roles.
• High adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet hiring targets.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
