Talent Sourcer​/Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a relentless, people-driven Talent Sourcer who thrives on the hunt—someone who knows how to find, engage, and attract top-tier talent before anyone else does. This position is based in Bryn Mawr, PA.

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using Linked In, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies.
• Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings.
• Engage candidates through calls, emails, and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence.
• Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly.
• Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market.
