You will manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process within our Professional Services and Business Operations team:

• Business Development:
  Cold-call and prospect new clients (Law Firms, Finance, Administration Depts) to build your book of business.
• Sourcing:
  Headhunt top-tier talent in Accounting, Finance, and Legal sectors using Linked In and networking.
• Closing:
  Manage the interview process, negotiate fees, and close high-stakes deals.

This is a full time 100% commissioned position. Salary will depend on experience!

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience:
  
  0–5 years of professional experience (perfect for recent grads or those with sales/HR internships).
• Mindset:
