The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) seeks an HR Generalist to provide confidential support for recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations. The role advises supervisors on HR practices, policy interpretation, and compliance.
This position starts in November 2026 and is based at the ESC in Downingtown, PA. Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits review, I-9/W-4 processing, background checks, and HRIS administration.
