Our teams have successfully implemented multiple data governance projects in India and abroad over past decade. We are now seeking qualified persons to add to this team in “
Data Governance Lead
” openings with our company for multiple projects in data governance. The ideal candidate will be experience in various aspects of data governance. This is a lead position to with persons reporting with them to directly work at senior level with regulatory and CxO level of our clients.

With our projects this is an ideal opportunity for persons looking to move to modern data platform and governance as we provide experience with enterprise projects, training, and work with best talent.

We expect the ideal candidate to have

• Expert knowledge with five years relevant experience in at least one of the below major data governance / metadata management platform:
• Alation
• Collibra
• Similar other platforms in Microsoft Purview, Talend, Polaris, Unity.
• At least two full lifecycle implementation experience of data governance projects with large banking or financial services customers.
• Knowledge of data quality, data discovery, meeting regulatory compliance needs
  , forming the data governance policy, and driving the data council charters
• Certifications in tools or work experience in regulatory field will be a significant advantage

• Work with the customers to define the data governance requirements and implementation approach and conduct POC / POV with the teams, product vendor and industry experts
• Understanding of underlying regulatory framework of data governance like GDPR, DPDPA, POPIA, SOX, BCBS 239 et al and working with customers to adapt the standard framework to their specific requirements
• Design and implementation oversight for technical data lineage, configuring import connectors, business lineage, metadata reports, knowledge graphs, workflow management, reference data, business glossary, data catalog, PII/CDE management, this include viz.
• Metadata / Data Governance Planning, Solution, Design, Architecture
• Data Lineage and Data Quality
• Data Catalog and Stewardship
• Data Discovery, Tagging, Integration with DPDPA, GDPR, SOX et al.
• Customization and Workflow Management

• Strong leadership experience with ability to inspire and lead the initiative.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to evangelize, do user literacy for governance, mentor, coach, and guide teams
• Work with the team to prepare suitable literature / documents for solution, policy, and training
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, new age cloud metadata platforms is preferred
• Participate in industry conference, undertake webinars and posts will be desired
