Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer with advanced expertise in Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.

This role involves designing, automating, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and driving Dev Sec Ops  practices across environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, containerization, and cloud governance.

• Design and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform, following modular and reusable IaC patterns.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Provision, secure, scale, and monitor infrastructure across development, test, and production environments.
• Implement Azure policies, RBAC, and governance frameworks.
• Manage Azure networking components including VNets, Subnets, NSGs, and Load Balancers.
• Automate operational tasks using Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Integrate monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights.
• Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices.

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform (modules, work spaces, state management, version control).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools:
  Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins.
• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Docker, AKS, and Helm.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Key Vault, Managed Identity, and RBAC.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools:
  Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana (optional).

• Certifications:
  
  AZ-400, AZ-104, or Terraform Associate.
• Experience with multi-environment pipelines and Git Ops workflows.
• Understanding of cost governance and Fin Ops principles.
