As a Software Development Manager (Sr. Manager) in the Platform Engineering team, you will:

Build and evolve the AI Platform
Design and enhance a GenAI-powered platform that integrates with enterprise tools to deliver context-aware automation, predictive intelligence, and RCA-based remediation across complex hybrid environments.

Drive Intelligent Operations and Automation
Develop and deploy run agents, self-healing workflows, and AI-led decision systems to improve resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency while reducing manual effort and downtime.

Enable Smart Insights and Experience through AI
Leverage Conversational AI and predictive models to provide real-time insights, guided actions, and improved user experiences, enabling proactive and data-driven IT management.

Architect and Orchestrate the Agentic AI Platform:

1) Design, develop, and evolve an Agentic AI-powered platform that autonomously senses, reasons, and acts across hybrid applications and infrastructure landscapes.

2) Build intelligent orchestration layers that integrate context-aware automation, RCA-driven remediation, and cognitive decisioning into enterprise tool chains and workflows.

Enable Autonomous and Resilient Operations through AI Agents

1) Deploy and manage a portfolio of AI agents to execute self-healing, proactive maintenance, and adaptive optimization tasks.

2) Drive resiliency, performance, and reliability across legacy and modern hybrid environments through agent-led operations and dynamic workflow orchestration.

Establish Unified Observability and Cognitive Insights

1) Integrate with unified observability tools that provides end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, applications, and business layers.

2) Leverage AI/ML and cognitive analytics to deliver predictive intelligence, detect anomalies, and enable autonomous remediation and experience optimization.

Enhance Human-AI Collaboration via Conversational and Predictive Intelligence

1) Build Conversational AI interfaces that enable intuitive interaction, guided decision support, and cognitive assistance for operations teams.

2) Use predictive and generative models to anticipate issues, recommend actions, and enhance the user and operator experience.

BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative or computational field. Advanced degrees preferred.

• Generative AI Expertise
  :
  Hands on experience in leveraging, fine-tuning and customizing Large Language Models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision models) for production-grade applications.
• Distributed Systems & Scalability
  :
  Hands-on experience with distributed training and inference frameworks such as Ray, vLLM, OpenLLM, Bento
  
  ML, and strong understanding of parallelization, sharding, and GPU/TPU utilization for large-scale workloads.
• AI Application Development
  :
  Proficiency in building modular, maintainable Generative AI applications using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
