About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO & Paid Media Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEA (Search Engine Advertising), and Social Advertising
, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive traffic, visibility, and conversions.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our search and social marketing activities are aligned with our brand objectives and overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for better organic rankings and traffic.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
    • Support link-building and off-page optimization initiatives in coordination with vendors/agencies.
    • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, traffic performance, and SEO KPIs.
  • SEA (Search Engine Advertising)
    • Plan, set up, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency.
    • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, and conversion performance.
    • Monitor budgets and bids to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
    • Track and report on paid campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Social Advertising
    • Plan and execute paid campaigns on social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, and others as relevant.
    • Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
    • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for engagement, leads, and conversions.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all paid and organic channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to track performance.
