** Your Opportunity
** As IT Finance Systems Manager you’ll lead the integration of financial processes and systems across the organization with a strong background in accounting, controlling and treasury and deep expertise in SAP S/4 (FI, CO, SD, MM, IHC, TRM) and hands-on experience in financial planning and consolidation. This role acts as a key liaison between the Finance and IT departments, ensuring that financial systems support business objectives efficiently and effectively.

** How will You contribute**    - Lead and manage the IT Finance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.  - Provide expert knowledge in SAP FI-CO and other SAP domains, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.  - Provide experience in all key Finance solutions and digitalization of the Finance function including leveraging Artificial Intelligence  - Drive the implementation and evolution of the Planning and Consolidation Processes across the finance domain, ensuring consistency and efficiency.  

- Lead and manage IT finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.  - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.  - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.  - Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

** Who you are
** You are a senior professional with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You have:  - At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;  - At least 10 years of experience in IT systems management with hands-on experience on Finance transformation project on SAP S/4;  - Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies;  

- Experience with digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration;  

- Experience with Oracle EPM platform for Financial Planning and Consolidation will be considered a plus  - Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) related to procurement systems.  - Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.
