We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist - Equipment Lead to be onsite in Malvern, PA or Spring House, PA. The Equipment Lead will be part of the Digital team and serve as a key partner to the Digital and Automation leadership team, driving strategic execution for Equipment and data management. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about enabling digital transformation through change management and strong partnerships committed to inclusion.
YouWill Be Responsible For
- Drive strategic roadmap for Equipment
- Integrating Analytical and Process Equipment to Global Data Systems
- Metrology management for equipment including automation of daily calibrations
- Implementation of equipment logbooks
- Work with key users to drive governance and change management as Equipment owner
- Ensure GXP compliance, support audits and drive data integrity for Equipment systems
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or other relative scientific field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications / Requirements- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
- Experience with GXP compliance
- Experience in integrating Equipment to Global Data Systems
- Strong project management skills and problem solving using new systems
- Excellent organizational & planning skills, and must be detail-oriented
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or software validation
- Experience with metrology systems
