Location:

• Primary: McConnellsburg, PA (Fully Onsite)
• Other acceptable locations: Orlando, FL or Oshkosh, WI (Corporate)

Note:No remote or hybrid option

• Shift: 1st shift, 40-hour work week
• On-Call: Monday-Monday every 8 weeks
• Travel: To PA campuses as needed (most within 45 minutes)
• Travel Percentage: ~15%

• Salary: $80,000
• Bonus: 5% annual bonus

• Seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience.
• Will train and promote internally.
• Must be willing to be hands-on when needed.
• Role involves working across the entire organization, not just segments.

The Network Engineer will support service delivery and project deliverables within a global infrastructure network environment for an $8B Fortune 500 company. This role identifies gaps, leads improvement efforts, and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in networking technologies. Expected to operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

• Support Palo Alto technologies:
  Firewall, Panorama, Global Protect VPN, URL Filtering, IoT Security, PRISMA, etc.
• Support Cisco technologies:
  Switching, Routing (including SD-WAN), Cisco ISE (802.1X, TACACS), DNA Center, Wireless, ACI, etc.
• Handle medium-to-high complexity maintenance, RTB support, and incident service requests.
• Provide solutions for RTB and project efforts.
• Serve as a project resource for application and infrastructure initiatives.
• Assist with requirements gathering, recommendations, and solution implementation.
• Share knowledge as SME through documentation, mentoring, and collaboration.

• 3+ years of IT experience or related field.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Cisco technologies (wireless routing, Cisco ISE/DNA).
• Ability to travel (~15%).

• Certifications:
  
  Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE), Palo Alto, ITIL Foundation, Network+, or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing industry IT.
• Enterprise-level network management experience.
• Ability to create network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
