- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, ChatGPT, NLP, and automation frameworks
- Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, ITSM, Business Intelligence, or Integration & Middleware
- Willingness to travel as required for the role
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities to strategic business impact
