Role Description –

• Role intended for Data and Digital projects of Advanced analytics, data initiatives, other AA/ML based solution
• Deliver components of digital business initiatives that identify, design, and implement technology solutions based on AA/ML.
• Deliver Machine learning models which can be leveraged to improve the overall efficiency and efficacy of processes followed in Lupin across different verticals
• Advanced analytics models encompassing all domains: descriptive, predictive and prescriptive models.
• Capturing and tracking functional requirements as well as project related activities

Skillset required –

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Should be able to break a bigger problem into smaller conquerable sub-problems
• Should have strong ownership and accountability, with a clear focus on driving project success through effective team management and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Python/R along with SQL
• Hands-on experience of working on numpy, pandas, seaborn, matplotlib, sklearn, etc is mandatory
• In-depth Knowledge about Machine Learning models (Classification & Regression) is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of wide array of generally used models in classification and regression such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting.
• Proficient in deploying machine learning models via APIs
• Hands-on experience in MLOps development on any major hyperscaler platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• GenAI development experience is a strong advantage.
