• Ensure the website is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices

• Proven experience designing and developing modern, interactive websites
• Strong proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press or Webflow
• Ability to translate reference materials and creative direction into effective web layouts
• Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI for news or content-driven sites
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
