Business Development Manager – Security Systems (Indiana)

Delivering cutting-edge surveillance, access control, and security inspection solutions across Indiana, from commercial enterprises to government and healthcare institutions. We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to amplify our market presence and forge long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business, commercial, governmental, and institutional clients.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events, promote solutions, and expand visibility.
- Drive proactive lead generation, build strategic partnerships, and grow market share.
- Collaborate across technical, operations, and marketing teams, architect client proposals and deliverables.
- Execute tailored presentations and proposals, showcase KC Security solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and monitor performance metrics.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in security systems or related technology sectors.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, consistently drive results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating across departments, delivering cohesive client solutions.
- Familiarity with Indiana’s market dynamics, strong advantage.
- A results-driven mindset, capable of quickly building credibility and securing new business opportunities (first client success will serve as the benchmark).
- Base salary $60,000–$90,000 + uncapped commission opportunities, total potential earnings $110k+.
- Hybrid working options, a balance between office, home, and field/client visits.
