Job Description # Data Center Technician - Data Center Technician I
* Internal support with phase 1 of this net new datacenter- to include receiving of IT equipment such as hardware, networking equipment, etc.
* Deign, layout, and installation of networking solutions on the hardware side (i.e.: routers, modems, switches, and cabling (fiber, Coax, ethernet, and more))
* Support of deployed solutions through full-cycle technical support and incident response- performing triaging, diagnostics, troubleshooting, break/fix, and implementation/deployment
* Documentation of tasks completed and meeting with team as needed
* 1+ year of experience in a professional setting working with computers hands-on (preferably supporting hardware in desktop support capacity) or related field
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment
* Knowledge of networking solutions and providing support through cabling
* CompTIA A+ is a plus
