Join an exciting new e-hailing platform launching in Johannesburg, South Africa, as a digital marketing specialist. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on building brand awareness and driving user acquisition for both drivers and riders. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to establish a strong presence in a competitive market, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform’s successful entry and growth.
Deliverables- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the e-hailing sector
- Create and manage campaigns to attract drivers and riders
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics for optimal results
- Collaborate on content creation for social media, email, and digital ads
- Support the launch with targeted outreach and brand awareness initiatives
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech, mobility, or startup environments
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing
- Ability to design and execute campaigns for user acquisition and engagement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Based in or familiar with the South African market is a plus
- Availability for part‑time, contract‑based work
