Client Success Executive

Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 base + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Overview

A growing, well-established software company is seeking a Client Success Executive to join its client-facing team. This organization develops technology used by enterprise customers to proactively monitor and improve performance across complex IT environments.

This role offers strong exposure to executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term career growth in a people-focused, development-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Conduct regular outreach to ensure product adoption and client satisfaction
  • Manage subscription renewals and ensure continuity of service
  • Identify training needs, support gaps, and usage challenges; coordinate solutions
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing education
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email communications
  • Provide light troubleshooting and basic technical support
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with senior leadership and client success management
  • Partner with Finance on renewals, billing questions, and process accuracy
  • Collaborate with Marketing on customer insights and usage trends
  • Support client strategy and ensure customers receive full product value
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a software or SaaS environment required
  • Familiarity with client success workflows and basic technical concepts
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
