Role OverviewQuintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. seeks an IT Systems & Network Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, end‑user devices, and core office IT systems. The role includes on‑call duties for critical network and teleport networking support.

- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of internal networks, teleport networking, uplinks, and essential business systems.
- Provision and configure network infrastructure, end‑user devices, office IT equipment, and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues; support the phone system.
- Process access requests to network resources, including network shares.
- Oversee network security and monitoring; manage disaster recovery systems.
- Monitor internal network and bandwidth health and needs.
- Perform regular tests to ensure optimum performance and improve existing systems.
- Operate and maintain equipment as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide on‑call support for network, teleport networking, and uplink.
- Prior experience or education in computer networking, personal computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Chandler, Arizona (minimum few times a year).
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, project/time management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of business operations, office equipment, and computer software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network protocols.
- Knowledge of electronic, electrical, computer, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and network connectivity.
- Strong office automation skills; basic cybersecurity principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Full‑time, daylight position, Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑3:30 pm (flexibility required). The role requires travel to Chandler, AZ a few times a year.
