IT Strategic Sourcing Manager

YOUR MISSION

• Foster strong collaboration within IT Sourcing and ensure seamless alignment with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors
• Independently lead end-to-end sourcing and tender processes, including scoping, negotiation, and supplier award
• Drive value extraction from existing contracts, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes while maintaining compliance and quality standards
• Represent IT Procurement in relevant governance bodies and committees, ensuring close stakeholder alignment
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, achieving sustainable and strategically valuable agreements
• Act as a trusted counterpart for senior stakeholders, advising on sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements

• Proven track record in strategic IT sourcing and procurement, including complex negotiations and supplier management
• Strong expertise in value extraction from complex contracts, with demonstrated, sustainable benefits for the organization
• Solid academic background in Business, Engineering, or a related IT/Technology-focused field
• Excellent analytical skills, enabling precise evaluation of offers, contracts, and sourcing decisions
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, combined with a diplomatic and assertive communication style
• Confident presence at C-level supplier interactions, with the ability to advise proactively on technology, cost reduction, and efficiency topics
• Very good German language skills and business-fluent English
