• Provide Oracle EBS production support for the Cleveland location, overseeing all EBS Order to Cash modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Quality, Finance) and custom bolt-on applications.
• Gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and participate in the full SDLC from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
• Investigate and resolve support issues, champion process improvements, and create specification documents.
• Coordinate technical work and create complex queries and reports using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and processes to ensure reliable IT delivery while driving process improvements.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of systems architecture, hardware, operations, and system life cycle.
• Manage projects with an emphasis on delivering on-time, on-budget, and with high customer satisfaction; interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and IS professionals.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships; communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Experience with IT design, testing, documentation, and Oracle Applications
• Strong Oracle EBS knowledge, especially Order to Cash modules
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; ability to create complex queries and reports
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Clear Orbit and Oracle OSB is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management or related field preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management or related area from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years working with Oracle EBS (Order to Cash) applications, specifically around Material Transactions, Interface tables, and APIs
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Clear Orbit
• Experience with Oracle OSB
